Christmas Cards. We will be sorting Christmas Cards on Dec. 22nd at 6:30pm. Please try and have them here before then. Please have the in alphabetical order. This makes the soring go a little faster. Thank You.
December 24. We will be starting the morning service at 10am. We will have a short Sunday School starting at 9:30am so we can pass out cards and treats. The children will be doing a play during the service.
Christmas Caroling. We will be going Christmas Caroling on Dec. 17th, we will be leaving the church at 2pm. We will be making a number of stops to share in homes and nursing facilities. Please come and sing and share with us as we spread Christmas Cheer to our shut-ins.
Missionary Matthew Geppert. Dear Pastor Tom, I was drawn to pray for you and the Church this morning. Grateful for all you have done for our family and SEAPC. I am trusting that all is will and am glad to have had the opportunity to get to know you more in this past year. Please let us know if you have anything that we could be praying for. In Jesus, Matt.
The Annual Prayer Tree is up. Each family is asked to bring in an ornament that represents their individual family.
Love Baskets. If you know of anyone who would like to receive a basket, please let Georgette Janicsko or Pastor Tom know their name and address. Please have donation in by Dec. 10th.
Urgent Needs. This year we are sponsoring 3 families from United School District. Donations will be used to purchase clothes, shoes, food, and other necessities for the Christmas season. A laundry basket is in the side sanctuary for cleaning supplies and paper products. Please make the envelope “Urgent Needs”. Any questions please see Kim Henning. Please place in 2nd offering.
Poinsettias. We will once again be taking orders for poinsettias. They will be $8.50 for 3-5 blooms. There will only be red ones. Make checks out to Bev Duncan. You can call at 749-9876 to order. Last day to order is Dec. 10th.
Children’s Church. We are in need of help for Children’s Church. There is a position for everyone. You can be a teacher for the week, a teacher’s assistant, or a nursery helper. A volunteer sheet is available on the divider. Please contact Amanda Duncan or Kendra McNutt with any questions.
The Food Bank during the month of December is Pie Filling. Roger Brehm is the contact person. If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to United Food Pantry. Continue to bring in your paper grocery bags. Please no plastic bags.
